The Automation Center provides a unified framework for configuring automated workflows across Eliqua.CX. It enables event-driven logic that connects customer activity, loyalty processes, transactional data, and integrated system events into structured, repeatable actions. It ensures reliable orchestration across all modules without the need for custom development.
Automation Logic Model
The Automation Center uses Flows, which operate through a simple, controlled logic sequence:Â
- Trigger — a platform or system event occurs (e.g., transaction, profile update, loyalty action).
- Condition — optional logic evaluates customer or event context.
- Action — the platform executes the defined system step.
This model supports real-time responses to operational, transactional, and loyalty-related events while maintaining predictability and clear governance.
Automation Dynamic
Flows respond to platform and system events such as customer profile updates, transactions, loyalty events, coupon activity, or real-time inputs received through the Core API. When triggered, they can update customer data, adjust points, issue or modify coupons, trigger campaign-related actions, or communicate with external systems through API calls or webhooks. This event-driven approach enables consistent automation across customer lifecycle processes and loyalty logic without manual intervention.
